From that point on, the company we matched you with is the one doing every bit of the physical work.
The Company That Shows Up Is Not Us
The tree company assigned to your job is a separate business that we don't own, employ, or control beyond the matching itself. The agreement for the actual removal, trim, or grind is between you and them — they're the ones who scope it in writing, do the climbing and cutting, and invoice you when it's finished. If the work carries a warranty, that warranty is theirs, set on their terms.
Where Your Money Goes
You pay the company that did the work, full stop. Tree Service Prosper Woods Co doesn't bill customers, process payments, or add a fee of its own for any job coordinated through this site.
On Pricing
We don't price jobs. The company you're matched with gives you a number in writing before any equipment gets unloaded, and that written figure is what governs — not an estimate given during the initial call, and not anything implied elsewhere on this site.
When a Job Doesn't Go Well
